Safety Policy

The Safety of our employees is given a very high priority in our company and has continued to be an important difference in the employee's attitude toward safety. SPB & Associates has an enviable safety record and we feel it is because we address safety as a high priority in our hiring process. As management, we consider injury and illness prevention just as important as any other aspect of our daily business. It is our policy to provide and maintain safe and healthful working conditions, and to follow operating practices that will safeguard all employees, thereby resulting in safe working conditions and efficient operations. Safety begins with each of us. 


It is very important to SPB & Associates to evaluate a potential customer's safety record before accepting them as a client company. We have declined business because we do not jeopardize or ignore safety practices or safety records. We do not risk the health and well being of employees by placing them in any position that does not consider safety as high priority as SPB & Associates.
